Kristen’s Story

When you are hit with the “You have an aggressive cancer bus” at 33, it’s overwhelming, confusing and plain petrifying, if I’m being honest. But that’s where TaTa Sisterhood comes in.

They love on you in a way to help ease the overwhelm. The kindest volunteers put together TaTa Swag, gift cards and more that customized to your family’s needs. HOW THOUGHTFUL.

And when you are ready to talk, others are ready to be a sounding board to listen and mentor, as much or as little as you need.  Nobody truly gets what you are going through, unless they have experienced the same trials.

TaTa Sisterhood is true to its name and the sisterhood is for a lifetime. I am eternally grateful for TaTa Sisterhood and for them lifting my spirits on those dark days of 2020.

Humbled,

Kristen Rickermann
